Find answers to frequently asked questions about our legal, immigration, embassy and supplementary services.
Visas, Permits & Residency
We support individuals and families through every step of the immigration process in Canada, from study permits to citizenship.
We provide comprehensive immigration support including Study Permits, Visitor and Super Visas, Work Permits, Family Sponsorship, Provincial Nominee Program, Express Entry, PR Renewal, Canadian Citizenship applications, and Immigration Appeals.
Yes. We assist with Express Entry profile creation, CRS score optimisation, and provincial nominee applications. We guide you through the selection process and help prepare a strong application to maximise your chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residence.
Family Sponsorship allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor eligible family members, including spouses, common-law partners, dependent children, and parents. We assist with eligibility assessment, document preparation, submission, and follow-up with IRCC on your behalf.
We handle immigration appeals and judicial reviews. If your application has been refused, we review the decision to identify grounds for appeal or reapplication with strengthened documentation. Acting promptly after a refusal is important, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
PR card renewal requires meeting residency obligations — generally 730 days in Canada over 5 years. We assess your eligibility, prepare your application, compile supporting documents, and submit on your behalf. We also advise on options if you have not fully met the residency requirements.
Legal Counsel & Documentation
From notarisation to court representation, we provide reliable legal support across a wide range of personal and civil matters.
Our notary public services cover the certification and authentication of documents including contracts, declarations, powers of attorney, and official certificates. Notarised documents are commonly required for immigration applications, legal proceedings, and international use.

Vietnamese Consular Support

We handle the application, prepare supporting documents, and submit the request to the Vietnamese Consulate on your behalf. Eligibility is based on Vietnamese origin and current citizenship status.

Settlement & Life Support
Additional services to help newcomers and families settle into life in Canada with confidence and ease.
We offer a range of settlement support services including airport pick-up, custodian services for international students, housing assistance, SIN number application, health card and insurance support, and driver’s licence registration assistance.
A custodian is required by most Canadian schools for international students under the age of 18. The custodian acts as a local guardian responsible for the student’s welfare. We provide formal custodianship documentation and ongoing support for families with children studying in Canada.
Yes. Our housing services help newcomers find suitable rental accommodation before or shortly after arrival. We assist with property search, rental application preparation, and lease review — helping you understand your rights and obligations as a tenant in Ontario.
We assist newcomers with applying for their Social Insurance Number (SIN) and provincial health card. These are essential documents required to work legally and access healthcare in Canada. We guide you through each application and help ensure all required documents are in order.
